20 years old reinforced concrete building with 8 independent sections, 2 of which are workplaces, 2.050m² usage area and 7 storeys, stripped down to the framework level and renewed from A to Z within 10 months. In this scope, for a more useful plan the wall placements are revized, the kitchen and bathroom areas are renewed, the roof coating is replaced, all electrical and mechnaical hardware are built from scratch, elevator system is established and siding is performed.
